Twelve SFX students participate in Young Voices Festival at the University of Alabama

Twelve Saint Francis Xavier (SFX) Catholic School students participated in the Young Voices Festival at The University of Alabama (UA) on Friday and Saturday, which culminated in a choral performance on Saturday night.

Participating students joined other students from across the state and worked with guest clinicians. 

According to SFX music teacher Ms. Erin Ludwick, this is the school’s third year participating in the festival and its largest group yet. 

The following students attended the festival this year:

  • Izaiah Hurbert (6th Grade)

  • Waverly Robinson (6th Grade)

  • Morgan Booker (8th Grade)

  • Parker Brant (8th Grade)

  • Reesie Horton (7th Grade)

  • Delia Osbun (8th Grade)

  • Eden Robinson (8th Grade)

  • Izzy Whaley (8th Grade)
